Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and building connections with our audience. Key Responsibilities

- Create and curate engaging content tailored to different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing them for performance and budget.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to share insights and performance metrics with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within a retail or tech environment.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ecosystems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to voice Amazon’s personality while maintaining professional standards.
